People of all stripes kill themselves every day. Entertainers are nothing special. The suicide of a celebrity is no more and no less tragic or significant than that of Joe Blow trailer trash who nobody's ever heard of or cares about. It just gets noticed.

Yes, you are right, but the difference here is that these folks seemed to have achieved their dream, fantasies, etc.

Our lives are promoted under such motivations, well, in the Hollywood scripting it seems.

Watch the Netflix show "Bojack Horseman"

The first few episodes are a bit childish and crass but the series really explores happiness and wealth. The main character gets everything he wants, twice, and still struggles, they do a really good job presenting all the things we don't see in peoples lives.
