To be reliable, the AI program has to be in use for several years to develop patterns.
They said "weapons" "knives" "hammers" but everything is a weapon.
And every place is an opportunity.
A baker may need a bread knife, but if he walks into a dark alley may mean an impending crime or he's looking for a kitten.
