She's talking here about children sent here today,... not children that have grown up here and have little or no memory of anywhere else...
You can't just send DACA children away to a place they don't know... some don't even speak the language or know anyone there.
There is a difference.

There is no litmus test for racism (although, calling the former President a "porch n*****" is close),...
Trump's actions on immigration, Muslim ban, the wall, supporting Neo-nazi and KKK protesters, and a past history of marking coloured applicants rental applications with "C" additively point to racist tendencies...
This is why some people are forgiven for some things that might be construed as racist, and others are not.
A single action does not make the man... it is the sum of your life...
