Never heard of this before. Couldn't the driver already be charged with assault? I'd support that charge.

In Missouri 15 years ago, maybe more. 4 wheelers were tearing up and down Ozark rivers on the weekends. Okay, thats one thing but the kicker was, since they would always get river water in their gearboxes, they just took a couple gallons of extra oil and drain what was left directly into yhe river, top it off and tear off some more. No one was in favor of that and more than anything, it was us two wheeled dirt bike guys that put a stop to that.
Truckers need to stop this coal $hit.

Yeah..... as you know I was looking at diesels.

You can get a turner installed on them to tweak them to do all sorts of stuff.

Make no mistake, these guys have deleted all the emission stuff on their trucks, its a booming business that is NOT legal, on road, but it thrives, nevertheless, with disclaimers.....

Gee, I wonder if they learn that from lawyers/politicians? :-?

If you go to any diesel message board, you can read about how they dump their fuel (rolling coal) , on slow pokes, etc.....

Morons.

They are a different breed.
Lots of good, legit diesels, who use it to pull, but these guys who raise and modify them, race them, jerks.

That one their however looks to be much older, and his injectors are stuck open, dumping fuel in unabated......

That might be nothing more than a broken motor.

I would think an assault charge appropriate...

I saw a guy doing this on Speedway, in 6 lanes of traffic. People were held up for several 100 yards with zero visibility...

I cringe when I see a diesel in front of me at a light.
Yeah, if stupid won't self regulate, someone needs to help them understand That's not okay.
I've never seen one obliterate the sun like that, but I have seen a few that made me hold my breath and gas it.
The same a55holes who stop next to someone and fart.. and walk away grinning.
Some faces just NEED a fist.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's a tuning decision. I remember when 18 wheelers shot two clouds of black smoke up. That was solved by engineers and fuel refining.

I was passed last week by some butthead in a jacked up Ford who smoked me on the way around. Guess he thought he needed to pass a Chevy even though I was humming along 5 miles over the speed limit.
There was a monster truck show over in Daytona Beach two months ago. After all the smoking trucks, train whistles and drunks all night long they weren't asked back.
I saw a bumper sticker on one truck that called it " Prius Repellent" which is funny.

The ‘FAD’, of dumping fuel, (rolling coal), and creating thick black smoke.
Will pass.
As soon as, the 16 year olds, Living in Moms & Dads Basement.
(Who Mon & Dad bought them the Truck.
Who does Not pay a Mortgage, Ins, Cell phone, Utilities. Food, etc.
And so with their, ‘Burger Flipping’ Job,
they can spend, ALL, that money, on, ’Toys’ for that truck)
Gets the Snot beat out of him, for, ’Smoking’, someone.
The word will spread, and they will Learn.

Making a, ‘law’, about, ’smoking’, will be fine, ’now’.

But in the future, someone driving a Prius,
will see a little ’smoke’ from a Diesel,
(under a load, going up hill or wrong gear, etc.)
And file a complaint, and then all $hit will break loose,
on someone who had NO Intention of, ’Smoking’, someone.
Yet their is a , ‘LAW’, on the books.

The Bumper Sticker, “Prius Repellent”, is, Funny !
