Where is the Number of 1,600 stated, and exactly what are they?

I Looked and looked, The, CNN, and type, (the one eyed sites),
Came up with 100 +.
MOST, focused on a couple, then refuted them.
Where, Trump, Did Lie, by ‘Omission’, of Fact.

(Now who else does that, on a Routine, Biases ?)

Most of the ‘stated’ lies by Trump were like:
Trump said: “We got 306 “ (Electoral College) Votes.
And it was reported he, LIED, Because?
Two electors refused to cast their vote for him, so it was 304.

(Yep, a LIE, by the people that say he is,
Lying all the time,
by their, Lying, by Omission of Facts)

So again, where is the number 1,600 coming from ?
Don’t suppose, it could be like the statement Sarah Brady said,
for 34 years.
Which was NOT, even Remotely Close to the truth/facts, 36 years ago.
And even LESS True, today.
Yet it was repeated, and repeated, and repeated,
Over and Over, and Over again.
Until many, ’Snowflakes’, actually, Believed the LIE.

Now the number, 1,600, by itself means, NOTHING.
Until it is compared to, a number from, other, POTUS's.

(Well unless one wants to use a number,
which, ‘sounds like’, a High number.
Which is NOT, at all, because their is NO Comparison !)

Example, MN’s D.M.V. is changing their Computer Software.
They actually Shut Down in July for a week, to get it done.
Since the ‘change’, it has been SLOWER, than before.
and thousands More, total F… ups.

Yet, a, D.M.V. Official, said: (Since the end of July)
’They have processed over 600,000 Titles”
That would be in the last 4.5 months.
And their are about, 5,103,000 ‘Licensed’, things,
(NOT Including Boats and Trailers)

Another example, a Small town, today,
uses 260,000 Gallons of Water per DAY.
WOW, that, ’Sounds’ like a Lot.
Yet when a Mine, was running in that town,
they used, 6,000,000 Gallons a Day !
So now, 260 Thousand Gallons,
Is not such a formidable number,
when compared to 6 Million.

So a Number, Alone, means NOTHING.
Until it is compared, to something..

So the number 1,600, ‘lies’.
Comes from where?
And Obama/Bush/Bush/Clinton, did ???
