Did Reagan, know what Ollie North was doing?
(He said he didn’t, and was Hounded and Hounded, and Hounded, about it)
Did he, ‘really’ know? Probably.
(Still tons better than Obama)

Did Obama know what Holder was doing?
Most Certainly DID !
Yet, Lift the rug, and sweep.

And so many more, did the same things.
Yet for some reason,
One political party is criticized up and down,
and another, 'Sweep' !

Reagan was a patriot and believed in the American way. He was shot just 69 days into his presidency. I think he was kept out of a lot of what was going on and Bush was actually doing the decision making. It's not unbelievable that he was clueless about what North was doing.
