The power that was exerted upon Al Franken was unfair, unjust, and thwarts the very core of our what our legal system is to protect....

Innocent until proven guilty.

I understand he admits to some problems, denies others, that is the nature of these charges.
That is exactly why they need a investigation, FIRST.

yes, drain the swamp, but DO NOT trample on our constitution in the process!

Side note, I laugh at this remark he made:

No he did not.
He denied the claims as expressed, but said he was in a sense, surrendering the the will, or cause, of others.
He said he did nothing to be ashamed of as he served his terms.
