What Guarantees do we, as people have, that we can have removed from us based on Our choices?

Why do children, and I use the word loosely, have unlimited bad behaviors forgiven and let Them poison the learning environment for the kids who aren't being jerks?

Bad behavior can cost us all of
The Guaranteed Rights.
Property, liberty, even Life.
They pretended he, while he infringed on others, had some immutable Right to a free education.
That's bullshit.
He demonstrated no willingness to be a member of society, behaving like a responsible student, being respectful of others and appreciating the opportunity to Be educated.
The System, in an effort to gain dollars, created a Policy of Ignoring criminal behavior in order to get the Crime statistics looking more favorable.
What a great way to stop having crime!
No arrests Equals
No Crime!
