Trump will get laughed out of the primary, Trump won't win a primary, the Delegates at the convention won't vote for him, he can't possibly beat Hilary, the Electoral College won't vote for him, he'll resign before taking the oath, he'll resign after the vote, "scandal " after scandal will be the one to bring him down, he'll be impeached and my personal favorite which showed how completely idiotic anyone who said this is: he'll be removed using the 25th Amendment. Trump's your President until 2020, maybe beyond, who knows. Too soon to tell. Party in power loses seats at midterm usually. Notable exception was when Dems went completely bonkers and actually lost seats a few terms ago. I'm not making this prediction yet, BUT, if the Dems keep misreading the tea leafs on immigration and taxes, they might be screwed. If I'm a Republican running for office anywhere in the country, I run commercials showing Aunt Nancy standing 8 hours for illegal immigrants and sitting during Trump's State of the Union. I run commercial showing Oakland's mayor hiding illegals who raped minors, robbed people, hiding in her basement while telling an ICE agent at the door, "No one in here Sir" That's golden. |

Yeah, the economy is doing great for the most part, but that has pretty much nothing to do with our president. The tax cut has not (and probably will not) raise wages. Yeah, we have low unemployment, but if you can't afford to live, you're nothing but a serf. Oh, rest assured, there's going to be change. When you see the likes of the corporate democrats being primaried by real progressives and losing -there's a sure sign of change. Also, like I told old - look at how many democratic flips there've been - 35 and counting. Not an insignificant number. You may not see it in WA - that's mostly a blue state anyway, but in the heartland where our president won "bigly" - it's turning purple fast. Not just democratic purple - progressive purple. |
