They MUST think we don’t have enough intellect to know how to pour piss out of a boot..... Gee, no kidding, a new razor blade MIGHT cut me, wow, I’m so glad to know that.... If a pull tab breaks all the way off, don’t consume it..... WHOA, another keeper! Ya gotta love the ones about electricity and water in a shower, I just might forget if they didn’t keep reminding me. I gotta think soon, we will see the warning on cigarettes to soon include, warning, while using this product as intended, you risk burn, take caution while igniting....... Ok, that was might be needed, if you don’t understand the dangers of smoke inhalation into the lungs..... just say’n ;D |

Well he decided to Sue the owner ... Well , it was plain to 11 of us that "It was his own fault , but one of our members said "But can't we just award him SOMETHING ? " ... I guessed she thought money just falls from the sky ! We all in unison shouted back to her " NO " >:( To get her to go along with us we had to concede to give him $1.oo in punitive damages ... ;D True story ! ........................................................ |

He successfully sued Winnebago after the accident. I'm sure this is but one of a thousand US litigation stories, and lawyers will always convince someone to give someone money. |

This would save us tons of court time and billions of dollars in costs and court fees. Actually, I feel that such judges should just be fired, they have no business being in that job if making such decisions as that. Really, when was the last time you heard of a judge throwing out an insane lawsuit ? |
