I'm touched that Kim has found a kindred spirit but is this really a good sign even though donald thinks he's a chicken? Well, I suppose Pyongyang needs the eggs. Looks like a nuclear omelette on toast. Unfortunately we're the toast.

OK, Read it.   Was said:

“…in exchange for the U.S. agreeing to provide food aid. The announced bargain is worse than bad….”

“… North Korea has dishonored each and every non-proliferation agreement it has made over the years and can be expected not to comply with this agreement as well, its promise to suspend already-illegal activities in one location leaves it completely free to continue them elsewhere…”

“…an agreement is astonishingly foolish, even for an administration like President Obama’s that is naturally supine in foreign affairs….”

“…Can it be that the administration heralds the bargain because this feature will allow it to claim victory even if the same North Korean illegal and dangerous activities continue elsewhere on the peninsula?”

“Is the administration’s desire to declare a foreign-policy success so great as to be that myopic? …”

“…The U.S. promise to supply North Korea with 240,000 metric tons of food aid as part of the bargain also is more than suspect. …”

“… virtually all international food aid it previously has received has been diverted from the intended beneficiaries to the purposes of the North Korean elites…”

Hmmmm,  so a, ‘cat’, of a pres,  did simply a ‘cat’ thing.

Lets see, if it is just on, ONE of the places, or all of them.
Let’s see if it contains a  GIFT, so one can have Gold $hitter Seats.
Let’s see it this one works.

Before one, HATES a person,
just for the sake of  HATING  that person.

I said shortly after the whole thing started it was a ploy for money. The notion that a postage stamp country wants to go toe to toe with America can only be true if their leadership is suicidal.
Trump hasn't caved in. He's blustered and tweeted and demeaned, which was seen as bad by the haters. It's looking like his approach is starting to bear fruit.

How we can move so rationally in one arena and so foolishly in others is frustrating.
Why we are working to destroy Assad is a constant source of confusion for me.

Kim is equally opportunistic and sneaky as donald. Kim's prolly quite a bit sharper and the donald is going to get played like a flute. A skin flute. All that is going to happen is that not only will Kim gain prestige at home, but donald will trash the Iran deal if he can.

Look the first thing donald did was pull out of nafta, so they went ahead without the USA, now donald wants back in. He's a fricken a grade imbecile whose words have no meaning whatsoever.

Trump is pushing for
More Strict controls for Iran.
Not
Releasing Iran from controls.

The deal was done, they shipped their Uranium to Russia. The Europeans agreed, the US agreed and Iran has been certified to be completely complying with the agreement.

You can just suddenly come in on a whim and say, nah not good enough. It's just purposely antagonising. But this is what donald has always done. That's like agreeing to sell your bike for an amount signed and organised, then after the sale suddenly decided that it wasn't enough and if you don't pay more we'll threaten you.

Okay, so? You don't like how Trump is treating Iran. It's not like a war with them isn't already planned.

But, back to Kim..

It's looking like he's winning to me.

What do you mean?

That's very much Trumps plan, it only has to have a surface veneer of 'winning' when it matters, which atm is the midterms.

I'm not fond of Iran they are destabilising nutters, however what I don't like is making a deal with a country, having that deal ratified by ALL the major world powers including the nuclear committee that inspects these deals, and then after Iran complies, to unilaterally decide that it's not good enough. It makes any deals that are made useless. But then that's the donald's way...

Problem is that it's not the way to run a country.

@JoG

It's looking like he's winning to me.
