It's getting weird now. donald's most sycophantic cheer squad Fox and Friends, are now pointing out the madness of donald, Cohen and now Giuliani trying to work out if donald knew about the payment or didn't. If he didn't then Cohen is up sh!t creek without a paddle, but boy genius, Giuliani has come up with a brilliant maneuver to say that donald did reimburse but had no idea what it was for.

As Fox and Friends point out in link below, how in the name of sweet baby jesus could Cohen pay Daniels without checking with Trump, how could he know if it's real.

Whichever way donald or Cohen turn they run into a brick wall, I love the bit where donald tries to call his retainer to Cohen as a 'reimbursement' as that just runs into another lose/lose situation for Cohen. If Cohen paid tax on it then it could not have been a reimbursement, and if Cohen did not declare the retainer as tax he's equally screwed for tax evasion.
