This seems like your average white guy gun owner, except that he's black. Tried to prosecute for illegal possession due to a 10 year old misdemeanour, but judge rejected that.

The official one-count indictment against Balogun was illegal firearm possession, with prosecutors alleging he was prohibited from owning a gun due to a 2007 misdemeanor domestic assault case in Tennessee. But this month, a judge rejected the charge, saying the firearms law did not apply.

Didn't stop the police from destroying his life and locking him up for 5 months for no reason.

Their have been people,
that have, Abused, the First Amendment.
(by causing all sorts of, various kinds of harm)
Like blocking, steeling, looting, setting things on fire, destroying property, etc, etc, etc,

So, then, could one say:
‘1 st Amendment, my arse.’
