Trump inherited a booming economy and low unemployment.
Even at that, his average is historically low.
Obama entered office with the economy tanking and unemployment growing.

This is a another case of being born on third base and thinking he hit a triple.
Even cherry-picking a Right leaning pollster and a peak fluctuation he barely leads Obama at his low point.

Trump's high point equals Obama's low point...
...and he's bragging about it...
All this winning... so much, that you'll get tired of it.

Factcheck.org is almost too useful here, they use real numbers that can be referenced, studied, peer reviewed and even used to create accurate predictions.

Their numbers support all people and not just the ones we like, so lets not be using that information. Stick to numbers that support our views, which then becomes truth.

The trick to using statistics is to interrupted them correctly.

When I look at this, I see numbers that say, despite an unprecedented news media, entertainment and Hollywood assault, Trump's approval rating is growing as policies have positive impact on the respondents.

What interpretations do others see?

I don't see positive impact as much as just impact regarding policies. Too soon to tell on many of them. In my work his tax budget cut us 20% so we will take a productive loss this year. That policy isn't exactly positive now but it could be in a few decades.
