who when reaching a touchdown, he did not, 'dance',
he 'took a knee', and pointed skyward.

Seem to remember the Media just going nuts about it,
and all the, 'How Can He Do That's'

Would that not be a, 'Use of Rights'  ?

No more than what happened to these other football players taking a knee.  

And if you watch any professional sports, you'll see dozens of athletes touching their chest and pointing up after a big play.

Would that not be a, 'Use of Rights'  ?

The fact that you wish to deny the ongoing and crazy disproportionate and ongoing brutality against black Americans, makes your pathetic attempts to justify the attacks on those peacefully protesting the shameful prejudice against black Americans, come across as blatantly racist.
