For the Republican Party, Trump is now just a useful idiot who serves to pack the courts, and also to distract from his packing of the courts.

Pretty strong article on the Republican's single minded focus on packing the courts...

EAU makes multiple post each day with the most outlandish comments about Trump.
It's TDS all the way.

By your definition, everyone is a useful idiot at some point or another.

I'm not getting into any back and forth over Eau's post which I consider useless. My mistake for making a comment.

I admired Obama,... He demonstrated intelligence, respect, humour, decency, dignity, family values, social graces,... etc...

Globally, Obama was respected by the vast majority. The opposite is true for Trump. That is not to say Obama didn't have haters and Trump has no fans, nor does it matter much since they were both chosen by their own countrymen and -women.

Personally, I hold Obama in high regards and find it difficult to find much positive to say about Trump. Again, this has no relevance in the big picture.

See what I mean about JoG and 'his mates' like the above post by Webster. I raise certainly the most important aspect of why the GOP has sold their should for Trump and that is to take over the Supreme courts for *decades*, and the moron, when challenged about his exceedingly puerile 'tds' comment is 'I'm not getting into a back and forth' which is exactly what Huckerbee Sanders repeats ad nauseam, during her press briefing. So you see what I mean these fools will not engage but yet will come into threads simply to distract and insult. So there's no harm in calling these fools out for what they are.

I've never seen the Useful Idiot epithet better applied to anyone. He was used by Lebron, he was completely pwned by Kim to the point that he's now pulled Pomepo out, so Trump not only gave Kim the propaganda windfall but he also stopped the military exercises and in exchange got nothing.

Then of course his most important Useful Idiot role was to set up the Supreme Court with über conservative Judges who will rule for decades.
