Both men are of legal age and are openly carrying two legal to own weapons which on their own is completely safe. Continuing to argue and confront people in a non-imminent personal safety environment is an issue. Had both men had knives and stabbed the man to death the same issues apply. I have no data or references, this is based off of my own observations in relation to NRA TC activities and program development that when compiled and posted represent my opinion. |
