Title: Re: 1st Amendment Post by justin_o_guy2 on 10/03/18 at 15:00:11 None. Private enterprise. But, gee, they sure seem to read their rules differently depending on the political position of the post. Free market still applies. Don't use the platform. Enough people say no to that crap, they die. |

Title: Re: 1st Amendment Post by MnSpring on 10/03/18 at 15:07:21 A Movie Theater is Privately Owned. So with the permission of the Owner, I can yell Fire ? If I am in a public building, and a CA is speaking, and I don’t like what he is saying. I CAN, say, 'Kill the Pigs’. But I cannot say, ‘Fire’ ? If I was a PBS raido/tv, (which gets Tax Money) I Can, allow one political opinion, and not another. If I was a School, (which gets Tax Money) I Can, allow one political opinion, and not another. If I was in a Park, (which gets Tax Money) I Can, (in my ‘safe space’) allow one political opinion, and not another. Wonder if FB, received, Public Funds, If the decision to allow one, but not another POV. Would be so defended ? |

Title: Re: 1st Amendment Post by Eegore on 10/03/18 at 15:10:04 Let me clarify: What part of the actual First Amendment applies to this versus the many, many made-up scenarios we can come up with? |

I actually looked, and I didn't find evidence to back your claim. None. You must be lying - again. Shame on you. Just coming on here and lying to everyone. Do you represent all the conservatives on here? Didn't you say "I'm with jog on this one" on another post? Are you really the best person to rep the conservatives on here mn? Do you think they like all your posts? Your temperament? |

Title: Re: 1st Amendment Post by Eegore on 10/03/18 at 16:03:33 Let me clarify further: What part of the situation indicated in the first post applies to the First Amendment? Situation indicated in the first post means the content of the first post exclusively and not similar situations brought up after the first post. The content of the first post exclusively is the portion I am asking about as to it's relation to the First Amendment and how it applies to the first post and it's associated reference and no other reference. How does the First Amendment apply exclusively to the content of the first post? |

Snowflakes experience emotional pain from truth. Lefties live in agony watching us WINNING.[/quote] where's the injustice? Rush Limbaugh doesn't offer the liberal point of view on his #1 rated talk radio show, neither does Sean Hannity or others of their ilk, unless it's to mock them. And yes, liberals complain about that all the time, but they have no right to force that on those radio shows. oh and there is no liberal alternative there just like there's no conservative alternative for Facebook oh, and after a bunch of complaining , the video is NOW BACK ON FACEBOOK. the channel wasn't banned like Alex Jones, So the claim against the video was reviewed and deemed not right so Facebook put it back up, or should all claims just go ignored so that conservatives don't get their feelings hurt? oh, and fyi, this is the free market you love so much working in action, live in front of you, it's messy ain't it oh and winning what?? Where's your Conservative Facebook?? |

Title: Re: 1st Amendment Post by justin_o_guy2 on 10/04/18 at 13:14:35 's messy ain't it Life's messy. Lefties trying to make everything smooth causes more pain. oh and winning what?? Where's your Conservative Facebook?? Why do I need it? The POINT is, a platform for everyone is created. Initially, it's not set up to screw one side. It starts changing, eventually to become a lefty echo chamber. It was offered as a public forum, and slowly started stomping out one type of idea. Idiots continue to post there. Dump your account. You accomplish nothing. And you help your enemies make money. Limbaugh INVITES you to call. Disagree with him. But you better be able to explain why you're right. The injustice is having a site that anyone can post to, only to censor one viewpoint. Rather than have a sandbox bully orgasm over the power to censor, why not use facts and demonstrate why your side is correct? Ohhh, wait, Back's messy ain't it oh and winning what?? Where's your Conservative Facebook?? |
