Several of the people in this video are friends of mine. They spend their lives serving these people. We here really have no idea. How do we sit and just complain and not take action.

I wonder the same thing sometimes. I mean I know its much much easier to sit behind a PC screen and type instead of going outside to do something for someone, but complaining about something in your control has never really made sense to me.
