Happens all the time to low level crooks but shouldn't to someone in Cohen's position. Face it, Trump's not very good at picking people. His instincts on issues and policy for the most part is spot on, but I think what happens is someone will say a single insightful comment and Trump thinks that person is a genius when in fact, even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and then. And of course Congress pays hush money all the time. Despite what some idiots think on here, hush money is not illegal. And Trump being the public figure he was/is, would not fall under the FEC guidelines for campaign violations by entering into a NDA with those two women. Could the Democrats impeach him over it? Sure, they could. Indict? No. |
