China has had public executions forever. They have a festival where they mass-murder and torture dogs, skinning them alive, burning them alive etc. There's not a lot of things China does with and to their citizens that comes over here.

The UK microchips are voluntary at this time but who knows how that will work out. I am familiar and have been following Biohax as they have the most secure data carrying and transfer system in the world.

Pets have had identifying chips in them for 20+ years.
The readers are very inexpensive, and they read a number on the chip.

Seeing as how the UL, progressive, scocialists are all for the ‘cataloging’ of people.
Every, person coming into this Country, needs one of those implanted.
Easy to keep track of, when they overstay their Visa.
