Despite an hour of video, we have a middle aged, middle class, midwestern suburban man on a motorcycle forum who sees a group of high school students equally as racist as the four men shouting violent and racist statements for an hour strictly because of the political affiliation of the high school students as demonstrated by the hats they wore. The lying old man with the drum who choose to conform the students instead of the racist men somehow comes out of this as a legitimate peacemaker. How does that happen? Now take that same warped point of view and put it into the hands of journalist with a platform. How many have called for violence on these kids? The craziness from this episode would be hard to make up. Several pictures of a basketball game from this school were posted where the students were dressed in all black and were screaming at a black opposing basketball player. This was posted as if the students dressed in black specifically to taunt black players. And the people who posted this seriously thought this was some type of school approved racist taunting! Unbelievable. More mind numbing than that, a few put pictures of students flashing the three fingers white power symbols. Again, they thought this was legitimate. How far gone are you to believe that was even possible? And if you thought that, once shown otherwise, do you really think those people accepted the actual explanation or did they just ignore it and continue on in their hatred? I've said before and it's becoming more and more clear, I see no easy way out of this. We have a percentage of the country that's so far gone, so far wrapped up in hate for conservatives that they'll add 2 + 2 and swear on their mother's grave the answer is 5 if it serves to hurt someone on the right. The fact that this latest episode of Fake News was caught won't do much to stop it. Again, even with proof right in front of them, all that's done is generated more convoluted reasoning to justify the false story to begin with. Many have been banking on the Mueller report like a group of believers waiting on a false rapture date. It's like they're standing around, chanting, praying for the golden papers to fly down from the sky. And when that report comes and doesn't deliver, what happens then? Do I think they'll just admit Trump is the President from the opposition party and work towards the next election or will they continue in their unprecedented attacks on the American system? The answer is they'll double down. They'll further divide us and I'm thinking now to the point where reconciliation might not be possible. Prove me wrong. Show me some evidence that the Democratic Party can pull back from the Leftist taking them down a path that inevitably leads to violent socialist.
