Are there any opinions on the Hiflofiltro Air Filter? Would it be any better than the OEM air filter?

I didn't test the HiFloFiltro, but I did test several other elements. I know the HiFloFiltro is "dirt cheap". You might find this old post informative.

Hmmm, after some cursory research, many other forums that they make air filters for OEMs as well state and that HiFlo also makes oil filters for KN. I could find anything to actually verify this. These filters also meet ~queue buzzword~ TÜV standards (German technical inspection bureau).

Looks like they would be as good as stock, maybe slightly better. :-?

Have used this brand in Moto Guzzi's for years. Very good filters and am happy that they make one for the Savage. The price is good also. No need to look for anything else.
