Title: drive belt Post by roddy on 01/30/20 at 20:08:33 i haven't owned my savage too long. it has 6300 miles on it. it is a 2012 model. how long should i expect the belt to last? it appears to be pretty pricey. thanks to all  you savagers. i love mine. RD

Title: Re: drive belt Post by justin_o_guy2 on 01/30/20 at 20:45:57 Riding in gravel can sure wound it. Little pieces fly up , ride back, get into the rear pulley and punch holes in it. And apparently adjusted too loosely will snap them, but that requires sloppy slack..
