Given that a nuclear missile is 10 mil, I would really think Trump oughta contribute 30 mill to 50 or even 60 mill to China personally, delivered to some key cities, Wuhan definitely, Beijing for sure, a couple of those coastal port cities. Some of those that are by the Tibet/Nepal area those deserve 10 mill each, maybe one where the Weigers are being prosecuted, they surely deserve another of our 10 mill "gifts".

What a jerk. I'd be generous, even a 100 mill would be worth it IMHO. Just delivered in good 10 mill packages. in cities separated by a few 100 miles, preferably where there's a lot of Military/troops/equipment. And then see who else asks for it, like Taiwan/Hong Kong says the troops in this spot X are harassing us, be sure to drop off another 10 mill worth right there, I can see how 100 mill or even more can be spent right there for good effect.
