If a "wire" is that loose and easily exposed without the standard 3" tape down then his crew needs to be fired. No one with any experience puts a wire there, and that poorly. |

All kinds of theories out there. I measure it off of response time, and I didn't hear any indication of delay, but I also wasn't observing for the purpose of subterfuge 3 way communication. |
