If he said:
"Go Away you have no Warrant"
and they entered anyway.
Totally illegal,
(and they would now be parking cars at a Indian Casino)

However, they 'scared the owner' into doing something.
And he did it. So not illegal.
BUT, A Completely Socialistic trampling of Freedom.
I am sure their are lawyers who would take that case on in a heartbeat.

I have had, face to face experiences with BATFE, (ATF).
(Yes I know they are not stats,
so one person here does not count that as authentic)
And have found that when told,
they are being recorded,
and to identify, themselves, date, and time.
The 'visit' (to a Gun Shop), is VERY Short !

Incorrect.

Your situation is authentic, but not an analogue for the rest of mankind.

It is anecdotal and authentic.

It should imply my assessment of a human's single activity is authentic, but not an analogue for the rest of mankind.

You could have been although my assessment is the same so accuracy to that was not exactly relevant to me. If you claim as usual that it was not directed towards me, I will as usual claim it was my mistake.
