Yes , we've had about the same ...

This morning it was 28 and Cold-Biting Breeze.

Yesterday afternoon I took the Enfield out for a 55 deg. ride to the next town over by way of the back-roads.   It was GOOD to get out for a ride.  I went by the Grocery store and the gym.  :)

It seemed to me that "FALL" was really short this year ?

Yep, summer lingered a while, fall stuttered briefly and then winter began.

The weather in KY has  been very nice for several days.  Mornings are cold and just below freezing - but once the sun comes up things warm up nicely and get in to the upper 50's or low 60's.  I have been getting a lot of work done outside and even sneaking in a few short motorcycle rides.  It sure would be nice if December weather was this agreeable.

Last week I rode about 40 miles round trip to help a man from church move furniture.....it was 34 degrees!  I dressed warm and the ride was very enjoyable.

The next week things will cool off 10-20 degrees - but the dreaded snow is nowhere in the forecast! :D

I have 2 modest claims to fame: 1.I shook the  hand of Bill Monroe inside the Station Inn, 402 12th ave S., Nashville and 2. rode around the perimeter road of Athens Ga., New Years Day 1995 on a Honda VT500 Ascot.
Cheers!  8-)

Nice zip! I also met Bill Monroe. He stayed at my Dad's place one time, played my mandolin and he performed at one of my Dad's festivals in SoCal.

And to not completely derail the thread, It's been a nice couple of days here in Denver. In the 50's and I've been off work, but unable to ride due to a bunch of family activities.

Cold is on the way with a high in the 20's Tuesday and a low in the single digits.  :(
