See that first image, Alabama Supreme Ct declared that that embryo which is almost visible to the naked eye, is fully a person with all the rights of a person, in fact more rights than the mother who is considered less of a person than that embryo.

That means that during IVF a few eggs will be fertilised and frozen, if anything happens to one of them then someone can be charged with murder. In Alabama.

Can I conclude from this, that you can freeze people without being prosecuted for it?

Obviously not you don't freeze people, so a fertilised embryo is not a person. Except in Alabama.

I'm still in a bit of shock that you agree with me on this one.

But in Alabama if you pull the plug out of the cryogenic machine, and the embryo is no longer viable, you can be charged with murder. Do you think that is right?
