I heard Kamala Kept men in prison After they were to be released. I didn't understand how that was possible. Now, it's explained. It wasn't After they had Served All of their time. But it was an argument to deny parole. Not because they had not earned it, but because allowing them to leave would cost The System cheap labor.

What they left out was that she didn't argue that herself and that she later directed them to not make that argument in later filings.

This doesn't mean Harris should be president, it means TheGatewayPundit excluded information from the reference they are using.

It's most likely Brown v. Plata caused this and not a simple desire to let inmates out of prison early. Yes early, 2 for 1 credit is early.

It's my opinion that it is a verifiable fact. TGP clearly states she did not make the argument herself, but that may be their opinion. Anyone that reads the references provided by TGP will read it for themselves in my opinion.

The problem is you equate any difference of opinion with absolute opposing disagreement and support of anything you don't like.

For instance in this thread my acknowledgment that Harris used lawyers and that TGP left out that she later argued against it after being pressed as me support or defending Harris.

I literally am saying she used lawyers, then said they did the wrong thing AFTER Brown v. Plata. So she did it due to that, not because of the kindness of her own heart. That is my opinion for anyone incapable of understanding what an opinion is.

You are so over-reactive to any assessment outside your own that it eliminates your ability to Observe anything beyond absolute agreement of your opinion or references you don't even read. This is my opinion.

Why is it you think this post is supporting Harris instead of outlining what TGP left out?

I doubt that since you rarely even read what I post before going on some rant. You admitted, more than once, you don't even remember your own posts well enough to prevent yourself from posting the same thing multiple times.

The only way to dodge the accuracy of my statements is to divert them into something I never said. Instead of having an adult conversation about if it was most likely Brown v. Plata that caused her to state something herself, instead of lawyers, you instead get offended and try to turn my statements into some pro-Harris nonsense or something similar. Is it that hard to talk instead of complain?

This is an opinion for anyone incapable of understanding what an opinion is.

This is nothing more than a diversion to avoid acknowledging my Observation about the TGP article. Why you are even upset is beyond me - I am literally agreeing with you, but since I think TGP left out the Brown v. Plata factor you get upset? Why?

What is that about? Why is this Brown v. Plata component so upsetting to you? Because TGP didn't say it? Harris can't get involved herself due to a court case?

I don't think our definitions of "buddy buddy" are the same, I barely remember the guy and I would say that's mostly because what he said made little sense. But since you choose not to have an adult conversation about this topic, you have to resort to insults. That is my opinion for anyone incapable of understanding what an opinion is.
