yes, however 40 year old rubber is not recommended.

Oh no, it is quite a find; nearly new, I have to figure out the four-hour drive to pick them up.

I can't make up my mind if you are just having a laugh, but in case you are not, I have to say tires from 1986 are not nearly new, they are a death trap.

it is the rims from 1986 that I want to make sure will fit my 2000

I don't know enough about it if there were any changes in that regard.

The tires are 2 years old.

I picked them up today - the rims are in much better shape than mine.

The tires are only 2 years old.

Just 2 months or so until riding season!

I am in London ON - Canada. - I will be looking to sell the following

I will have my old rims and tires (the front tire is cracked a bit but did pass safety) - The front rotor from my old set is brand new

My old exhaust (which has some melted on guck what looks like maybe a shoe or bike cover that will not come off)

rear Pully

There may also be an axle in there.

The guy I bought the rims and tires from is selling his bike in pieces.

The rims (wheels) are from a 1986 Savage.

The owner replaced the tires with new ones 2 years ago and barely drove it.

Tires still have the nubs (tire spews) on the sides.

I was pleased because the rims, tires, and exhaust were cheap, and he also included the rear pulley and axles at no charge.

So, come spring, I will have some spare parts for sale.
