Title: Pardon me sir…. Post by WebsterMark on 01/20/25 at 05:06:25 Question: if Trump is a felon because he was convicted in a court of law… 1) Why the need to preemptively pardon a bunch of people this morning? 2) Isn’t that an admission that Biden fears the courts will not be fair? 3) And isn’t that an admission that Trump’s claim his trial was based on politics is valid? |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by MnSpring on 01/20/25 at 07:20:54 Could not possibly, be that they did something, Crooked. Because all the UL, FDS, DFI, WOKE Socialists Say they did not ! |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by JOG on 01/20/25 at 08:16:34 Now Why would Mr. Science himself Need a pardon? What could Milley possibly have done? |

Why do they NEED a pardon? And now they can all be questioned and they don't have a fifth amendment to hide behind. 2014? I wonder if that goes back far enough. Will we ever have to listen to that POS talk about the Honor of the biden name again? |

Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by Serowbot on 01/20/25 at 11:10:00 One of tRump's favorite tactics is to drown people in legal debt defending against frivolous legal charges This is protection against tRump's stated revenge |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by WebsterMark on 01/20/25 at 15:15:04 This is kinda embarrassing. There’s nothing for you guys to say other than “Yea, that was bad.” That’s it. We all know he did it to protect his brother. |

Oh for fxxks sake! How many Jan 6 defendants had to give up a defense because of the cost? That’s merrick Garland tactic. |

Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by WebsterMark on 01/20/25 at 16:42:15 The Jan 6 Hostages? I think all of them. |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by Eegore on 01/20/25 at 17:35:30 It's unlikely any Jan 6 defendant needed to give up their defense based off cost. Donations to those individuals were consistent and constant. Some even took money to "get out of prison" that were walking free. Once challenged multiple promised to return the extra amounts from donations once their trial was over. You might recall I had every single extended trial entire court dockets searched and listed here. |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by WebsterMark on 01/20/25 at 17:56:15 Perhaps, but I’m not going to try and put a cost on the bull$hit that lead them there. Hope they’re all home by tomorrow night. |

Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by MnSpring on 01/22/25 at 07:31:57 Many of the, ‘partisan’, press are hollering about the J9 pardon. YET, they IGNORE, ‘LAST SECOND’, ‘pardons’, of people who never were tried, which ALL SORTS OF INFORMATION of their selling the VP post exists. Now, it is the freezing of the ‘WOKE’ DFI, FDS, diversity, equity and inclusion staff . (People that do NOT know the difference between, Predigest and Racism. And believe the color of skin, etc, is more important than the SKILL of a person) Was it the influence of that that, ‘group’ that hired, Sam Brinton !!!!!!! ( a Biden administration nuclear official) |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by Serowbot on 01/22/25 at 08:19:33 Biden pardoned because Trump and Kash had published a hit list Trump pardoned because they committed crimes in his name That's quite a difference |

Or….Trump pardon them because a lot of us believe they were unfairly targeted given that other protest resulted in greater violence and even murders occurred. Certainly many of the antifa, BOM, George, Floyd, protest, etc. we’re not even investigated and if they were, certainly not to the degree the January 6 protesters were investigated. But again, you really should answer: Why would pardons be necessary if you believe in the rule of law, and the sanctity of a courts which adjudicated Trump and found him guilty and a felon- why then can these people be investigated and if necessary adjudicated in the same court system? |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by Serowbot on 01/22/25 at 09:03:51 What you choose to believe is not what courts decided You're free to be wrong |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by thumperclone on 01/22/25 at 09:09:04 hit list is for those who didn't bow down to the CONVICTED fascist orange FELON not kissing his arse is not a crime no need for a trial |

Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by thumperclone on 01/22/25 at 10:07:15 you have been answered multiple times tho you refuse to see they were pardoned to protect them from revenge and retribution no crimes committed no judicial action needed |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by WebsterMark on 01/22/25 at 10:23:52 That wasn’t an answer. Try again. |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by thumperclone on 01/22/25 at 11:07:11 you are hopeless JOG jr |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by WebsterMark on 01/22/25 at 11:51:54 That wasn’t an and either, Seriously there’s not much more to say about this. He pardoned his family members because they were involved in his crimes. These are federal pardons, but perhaps there are some states maybe where these people live that can investigate, file charges and adjudicate in a court of law. I get you don’t wanna talk about it. You never wanna get into any kind of serious discussion other than a couple of sentences so I think I’m back to putting you on ignore. Gonna be a great four years! |
Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by JOG on 01/23/25 at 00:24:29 The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment. By the plain text above, a President can ONLY Pardon ". . . for Offenses . . ." He lacks the power to Pardon to save anyone from ". . . being investigated or prosecuted . . . ." as he verbatim stated when explaining the Pardons this way: “Even when individuals have done nothing wrong and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage their reputations and finances, . . .” Under our system of Justice an accused person is "innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt." So being arrested, charged, and Indicted are meaningless as it relates to a Pardon. A president does not have the power to Pardon someone to avoid the process! |

So why not let the judicial system judge Biden’s brother? Ask him to prove the checks sent to Joe really were loan repayments. Should be relatively easy. If I borrowed money from my brother to pay off a debt and then paid him back later, I’d be able to provide a clear paper trail. |

Title: Re: Pardon me sir…. Post by MnSpring on 01/23/25 at 06:39:45 Pardoning someone for a crime, would be that someone committed a crime. Mush for brains just said, They COMMITTED A CRIME, By pardoning them. |
