Ever read it? Yes, and in greater detail than you I’m willing to bet. Explain to me what “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” means? Where did the 14th amendment come from, what were its origins? And do this without looking online.

Supreme Court ruled multiple times that humans born in the US are US Citizens, and that "Jurisdiction thereof" etc. is meant for diplomatic purposes.

Not liking it doesn't mean its not how US Courts are supposed to apply the law. It's probable some humans here will think this can only mean I support the current interpretation, of which their selective Observation will be wrong, but this in itself will most likely not be Observed either.

A POTUS can't just overturn and change SCOTUS rulings and applications because he wants to. He has to use the proper procedures.
