The Beggar is told: 'don't be so lazy'

Then the answer will be, to use money from people that work, to GIVE to all the above.

One thing? OK, one thing is they don’t have a policy of just handing out money and creating government programs with very little oversight and accountability all the time. Not that they don’t do that sometimes because they absolutely do but it’s not their default position like the democratic party so there’s one good thing they do for the poor.
