Skewed data for one human to experience "30 to 50%" which makes no sense since they should be able to provide a much smaller range, but otherwise there is more usable evidence presented.

Typically yes. Except it is legitimate if they choose to Observe it as such.

I on the other hand actually look at the data presented. Unsure as to how one gets away with such a large numerical spread on such a specific metric.
