There was no rioting in LA. ICE ran over a civilian with an SUV, raided elementary school graduations, and arrested the head of the SEIU. They were all illegally incarcerated without due process. That was when LA responded with peaceful protests. 47 and hiss cronies are trying to escalate the incident by sending in the National Guard.

MAGATs will try to spin this...

This would require a lack of legal structure or warrant. ICE has the legal structure to arrest, even though you claim they are not LEO. I think it's plausible that some were arrested without reasonable suspicion but not "all".

Spin. In this video the human in front of the vehicle was intentionally placing himself in front of a moving vehicle. The vehicle did not run him over.

The question is should the vehicle have come to a complete stop?
Another question is should humans place themselves in front of law-enforcement vehicles while in motion?

The human was clearly in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 111. What he was doing is clearly not peaceful protesting. Peaceful protest does not inhibit the travel of others.

I imagine if the guy was wearing a red MAGA hat and did this the driver's actions would have been completely justified.
