Title: Deceptive editing costs
Post by JOG on 07/02/25 at 00:18:07

Excerpt

Trump will receive $16 million upfront. This will cover legal fees, costs of the case, and contributions to his library or charitable causes, to be determined at Trump’s discretion. There is an expectation that there will be another allocation in the mid-eight figures set aside for advertisements, public service announcements, or other similar transmissions, in support of conservative causes by the network, Fox News Digital has learned.

Sources close to the situation told Fox News Digital that CBS has agreed to update its editorial standards to install a mandatory new rule. Going forward, the network will promptly release full, unedited transcripts of future presidential candidates’ interviews. People involved in the settlement talks have referred to this as the “Trump Rule.”

That the Democrats couldn't find anyone better than Biden and Harris still amazes me.

It seems like they deliberately did want to lose the election. Or that they thought that spending a huge amount of money on the election campaign would get it done. I don't know.
I can,t get my head around it.

In any case, 60 minutes also saw that Harris was totally unsuitable for the job.

It could very well be that the democrats will never come to power again and honestly that seems like a very good thing to me.

The whole party needs to be changed, but I don't think they can do that in four years, because you also need quality for that, and it,s not there.

Lets look at it again...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmNN5A5MgMA

Or better let,s not.
Oh my god, what were they thinking? It,s crazy to me.
And that we had to discuss it at the time...no wonder we no longer take the left-oriented seriously.
darn.

If they had put all the energy they put into preventing Trump from becoming president into finding a good presidential candidate with a good team around him, they would have won the election with flying colors.

I wonder what kind of kitchen mop they will come up with next.

Serobot, does this answer  your question you asked me a few days ago?

The $64,000 question, for CBS in this case, the $30 million question, will it essentially force main stream media outlets to seek out and hire outside of their liberal bubble?

I don’t think so.

Yet another succinct and to the point yet incorrect understanding of what happened.

The “attack” on the first amendment has been media companies essentially becoming an active member of The Democratic Party for decades. They know they are guilty, which is why they paid up.

And it’s not really an attack on the first amendment. “The Press”enjoys certain liberties and in return for that, there’s certain expectations, which they clearly have not lived up to. They’ve not kept up their end of the bargain. They don’t even pretend to be unbiased anymore so maybe this finding will give them pause to think about the importance of their role in society….. but it won’t. These are people who looked right at us and lied to our faces for years. This saying exists for a reason, a leopard can’t change its spots….

I am also relieved that this kind of election fraud is finally being stopped. The Democrats have violated democracy to the core and not just in the last election.

To me it is a sign that humanity has not completely gone astray jet.

I think I know the answer to this, but have you ever watch the two clips side-by-side to see the difference?

He won the election... so where are his damages?

This is not a judgement it's a settlement

There are clips of Faux doing the same with Trump
Faux is on the hook for $750M for deception

The sound of crickets is so soothing

Fox edited (pieced together) answers from multiple questions and presented them as his answer to a question?

I’ll ask you the same question. Did you watch both versions?

Since CBS has twice the net worth of 47, even counting his crypto, the $16 mil is "STFU" money. He's punching above his weight, if nothing else.

As much as the same thing would essentially force main stream Conservative media to seek out and hire outside of their conservative bubble.
