When Worn, advertised as;

And why DID THOSE PLACES empty so fast ????

They can try but they would lose. Just like all humans that have tried in the US so far. Political affiliation is not a protected class and as such is not protected under discrimination laws.

In 2018 Manhattan Supreme Court Justice David Cohen dismissed a case specific to a human wearing a MAGA hat that was refused service. Until MAGA hats are a recognized religious article, you can legally be refused service for wearing one.

If I walk into some place with a hat, hairstyle, pants, shirt, shoes, tattoos, numbers above knuckles on a hand,etc, etc, etc, etc, etc,

And am refused what ever they are selling, BECAUSE of above.
NOT abusive or threatening behavior, or something like.

That place will pay.

No they won't. Political affiliation is not protected. The statement: "Cause if that happens, anybody with a brain would suing those establishments faster than a humming birds heart can beat." is in correct.

Sexual preference is protected. Refusing to bake a cake for a customer because of, a red hat is not illegal. Refusing to bake a cake because of someone's sexual preference is, in many but not all cases.

Businesses can refuse service to humans wearing MAGA hats and not be sued.

The difference is my opinion includes facts as referenced. It is a fact that political affiliation has not been recognized by US courts as a protected class. That is my opinion.
