Singh failed
both English language and road sign proficiency tests administered by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration after the crash,

correctly answering only 2 out of 12 verbal questions and identifying just 1 out of 4 highway signs.

Despite these failures and his undocumented status, he obtained a commercial driver’s license (CDL)
in California,

needs to complain about Newsom .

I got my CDL when I was around 25. I didn't Need one,but a Grampa told me if I could get one, I should. One day,it would get me a job. He was right. Today you can't just get one unless you have a reason. And, for a citizen, in Texas getting a CDL is quite the ordeal. Someone in California needs to go to prison.
