There is a federal law against threatening political opponents. It's grounds for impeachment, removal, prosecution, and imprisonment.

But, spineless, evil b@stard MAGATs protect their antiChrist.

Ok, SEDITION,  then.

Unless it's Trump, then it can only be TREASON!, according the the arguments made here.  We can't apply the correct crime in that situation.

YOU'RE the pseudo lawyer, but you fukkin know that.

Follow your own standard you demand of others.  Just provide references.

not according to the UCMJ

You completely ignored the US Constitution in your last TREASON! argument, why follow the UCMJ?

 TREASON!!

Title: Re: clueless dip $hit
Post by Needles on 11/21/25 at 07:37:06

Everyone KNOWs Trump et al are traitors. Sedition is easier to prove, plus all the anti treason arguments amount to self incrimination for sedition. He can still be impeached, removed, tried, and jailed for 40 years or so, including Miller, Bondi, and the rest of his cronies. I'm flexible; I don't really care WHY he gets deposed.

Doesn't matter.  You completely ignored the US Constitution in your last TREASON! argument.

That's pretty obvious.  At least you are willing to apply the correct charges this time.

to disobey an unlawful order is not sedition or treason

Title: Re: clueless dip $hit

I agree.  I am saying it makes no sense to bring up the UCMJ in one argument, and also completely ignore the US Constitution in another.

It's also not TREASON!! in the argument you repeatedly insisted it was.  You used a dictionary definition, and literally ignored how that applies to US law by means of Article III, Section 3.

If you will ignore that, why won't everyone else ignore the UCMJ?

 TREASON!

Our military now need a law degree

As much as lawyers need combat skills.

They at a minimum should understand the UCMJ and have access to JAG.

That has been the basis for many a fine movie, book, as well as court room drama.

Since you took the oath, and keep telling me how brilliant you are, but prefer to write in third grade sentences because it’s not necessary to impress us with your intimate grasp of complicated subjects, if you were active now and a drone operator, would you refuse an order tomorrow morning while on duty from your commander to fire on a target, a small boat moving at high speed in the Caribbean Sea, and then claim your chain of command was traitorous?

I’ve become attached to many personalities on this site from the beginning because, despite my job which puts me in contact with many people all over the nation, I rarely meet people like you in the real world.

That’s a puzzle to me since during downtime with coworkers and customers on the road, the talk inevitably turns to politics and the vast, vast majority are normal, reasonable, mostly conservative people, not the loons who carry Fxxk Trump signs next to children at a No Kings march which I saw recently for example.

Everyone’s guilty of exaggerating their position on certain topics for the purposes of trying to win a confrontation during a keyboard warrior attack, but the three main liberals on here are fascinating from that point of view, sort of like looking at a train wreck.

Trump has a 37% approval rating with 63% disapproval
The circles you run in are an odd lot

Bringing out the vote makes Dem's win
Suppressing the vote helps Pub's

Your job is demographically dysfunctional
...or they're lying to you :-?

Title: Re: clueless dip $hit
Post by WebsterMark on 11/26/25 at 03:52:37

Do those Democratic voters need to be alive?….

Trump could cure cancer and the media would still drive those approval numbers down. Numbers told you he was never supposed to win either time but for whatever reason you keep hanging your hat on those same numbers.

Look, the truth is, it wouldn’t matter what Trump did. The Democratic media and entertainment culture would tar and feather him with the same level of hatred. Any proposal he made, regardless how small or insignificant, would be reported as catastrophic to Democracy. The ballroom is a classic example.

But it’s also true he’s not doing himself any favors by not keeping his mouth shut over stupid things that don’t matter. That’s how he is.

Again, that absolutely 100% true rule of life comes into play; the best part about a person is at the same time the worst part about a person.

Having said all that, the nation is better off now than it would have been with either Biden or Harris in office.

Just read this interesting finding:

Hopefulness for the Future Is Shaped by Politics

Compared to 2024, every community type that supported Kamala Harris for president in the 2024 election has become less hopeful about the country’s future, while all but one of those places that voted for Trump are now more optimistic. On average, about 48 percent of respondents in Harris-voting areas say they are hopeful about the future of the U.S. in the next few years compared to 59 percent of people in areas that backed Trump. One year ago, those figures were 53 percent and 50 percent, respectively.

No.

It means the people voting for Harris, and wanting her 'policy', now realize they are in deep Shit

The people that voted for Trump, exhaled a sigh of relief. Cause they know for at least 4 years, the UL, DFI, WOKE, FDS Socialists can't Fuck things up.

Simple: Harris lost; Trump won. That is almost a death knell for America, unless he can be stopped. Of course Harris people are doubtful that Don TACO is going to do ANYTHING good--- he hasn't yet, and doubling down on stupid IS destroying the US. MAGATs are not smart enough to see it.
