This isn't true. Memorial structures are to preserve the memory of an individual or an event and are implemented at any time.

There is a "Memorial" wing at a medical center for a living doctor for instance. Multiple Universities have done this as well however the overwhelming majority of Memorial structures honor the dead.

They should just toss "Trump - name here" Memorial on everything and get it over with. Add gold too.
