This discussion happens all the time.  It is possible, as I've seen pictures of other Savages where it was done....but they had other extensive mods too.

Practical is another question.  How much effort are you will to put into it?  I have not heard of an exact swap anywhere.  My first quess would be that you need to find a tank that is the same length...maybe shorter but definitely not longer because the Savage frame is short.  From there you will have to adapt it however necessary.

What is the size of that tank?  Any idea?
