Riding thru Xmas lights

Last night, Hubby got a wild idea to ride our bikes through a city park about ten miles away. They always put up a  display of several thousands (LOTS) of lights. I got bundled up and with him on his Volusia and me on my Savage away we went. It was 34 degrees outside!!! I am sure more than one "look at those two crazy fools" comments came from people that saw us...lol! Roads were dry but there was maybe an inch of snow on the ground. I about froze!!!! I also learned the hard way to not stop the bike with my foot in a patch of snow!!! ALMOST dropped it. It fell on hubby and his Vol...lmao! No damage to either though...whew! Hot chocolate sure tasted good when we got home....*smiles*
