I saw this on eBay and wondered if anyone thought it would fit my Thumper...Looks like the "curve" would cure the problem of melting the rear brake actuator...

If anyone is interested, and thinks this is good, maybe we could buy the set and split the cost? Just an idea.

You will need some sort of reducer to adapt to the stock head pipe. I would recommend you have one bent at your local muffler shop to bring the pipe out straight like the stock one. If I remember right it is about 10 degrees. Then just a strap and clamps will need to be riggged to hold it .

Well, did you win the mufflers? I think they would look/work great and were probably cheaper than the set I bought from the dealer. Mine were supposed to be Screamin' Eagle versions but have a HD part number and model number on them and are rated at 80 db on a FX/D. Anyway it works for me and I have a spare.
