Hi.
My name is Agnetha from Sweden. I would be happy is anybody could help me find Decals to my Savage. It feels like I've been looking everywere without any result.
It's for the tank.

I would be gratefull if anybody could help me.

For now
Agnetha

CycleGraphics has removable, reusable vinyl graphics.

Weston Signs and Decals has a lot of adhesive decals for both bikes and cages.

ReflectivelyYours has reflective decals for bikes, helmets, etc.  I particularly like the stealth black that glows white when light hits it.

You should also look at the Best Sources for Savage Parts thread in the Technical Corner forum of this board.

Check Anderson Vintage Parts as advertized on top of this forum. I bought the tankstickers for a fraction of the dealer price even with shipping to Holland.

It's been a long time, but these ORIGINAL, NEW OLD STOCK Savage big single tank decals just showed up on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4539728012...

The ebay seller has more old original bike decals, if you check their website:  http://www.andersonvintageparts.com/search.php?search=true&s_min_y=1997&s_max...

This is cool. I was thinking about doing something original on my helmet. Do you think it would work? Any opinion on whether the clear or the white would be better?

Waterslide Decals

Unless you have the one laserjet printer that prints white you will need the white paper to have any white.
Unless you want nonwhite with the background color showing thru.

Using the white paper means you'll have to carefully trim the decal before applying.

I don't see why it shouldn't work.  With an inkjet you have to clearcoat the decal before wetting and sliding; and I'm sure clearcoat after it dries on just as extra protection.

You would be limited to what your printer can produce, meaning no metalics, pearlescents, etc..

Susan, any full line graphics shop that does tuner car decals can hook you up. If you don't go with Paladins' waterslide idea...now why didn't I think of that?
