Now the time finaly was up, 18 days to late cause of bad weather Angry

But this evening got home with my new baby, a drive of 90 km, luckyli it only rained the last 10 km Tongue

I went all the way and bought completely new driving gear, Helmet, jacket, throuses and gloves, thank god for that, I wasnt could, the only places i frose was the fingers and the toes but I was HAPHAP HAPPPY all the way home, when I turned the engine off in the garage i got a realy nasty KABOOM.... so yes, it backfired big time Grin

one of the first things ill do is to remove the white disc 8)

it was just announcing it's presense, it had to let any other machine you have know that the new guy is now the "big dog".

don't remove spacer just modify it a half spacer. and rejet

Congratulations on the new ARRIVAL. Normally, on the 8th day after birth there is a procedure that is done on all new males in the family. I suggest that when you do this procedure that you make the replacement of the stock pilot jet with the next size up, followed of course by the readjustment of the pilot screw. This will greatly help the backfiring problem.
