LOVE ??? I believe with that particular make and model it's 'BOW BEFORE".
I meant to emphasize "Must".
Though I do have a dog that is quite demanding, but I can at least put it on a leash

Hey! Where's John H. in this ride to the volcano? Has anyone invited him (like he needs one)?

So, are we going to the mountain by way of 504? Jules and I were scouting around today
Here is Mt. St. Helens today from above 3000 feet and it was snowing....and trust me, this was a different snow then we had back in the southeast. Very interesting. Very dry snow.
I believe that is called Castle Lake on the right.

ya know, that's a decision that you portland area guys can answer. since you brought the question to the table, you get nominated as portland area coordnator. so you soutwest guys hook up with greg to figgure out how to meet us in looks like randle at around 1330hr. with a final meet at the windy ridge observation center at 1430 hrs. i'll meet people in yakima at around 1200hrs at a location yet to determined. looks like we still need a sea/tac area guy. any takers.
now there is no entry fee for ride,
so, no tee shirt, patch, or anything else for that matter. do bring your camera.
as time draws closer let us know if plan to attend, this way if someone comes up m.i.a. on the road we can figgure it out.
if any of you are members of be_savage, feel free to pass on the invitation

Shoot, we'll swoop up your way and escort you guys to the mountain on your way in....ain't no big deal for these 2 Savages.
Forget all you formal timing and schedules too. Geez, think you're still in the military? You're in the Pacific Northwest now, baby. It don't matter here. It's timeless.

June 12, 2005 (Rain date: June 11th)
SAVAGE MOUNTAIN DAY
Ride to your friendly local mountain,
with your pals or lone-wolf.
Take a picture of it behind your bike(s) as proof,
post it here and do a little write-up about your ride,
your friends, your friend's bikes, whatever.
Note: It doesn't need to be a big mountain,
or even a real mountain,
but it does have to be called
Mount
Something
or
Something
Mountain.
It's not a contest,
the only loosers are those who
don't get out and do a ride.
It will be like we all took a road cruise together!

I know I for one NEED a schedule for meeting up. Otherwise, I'll lose track of time, and be sitting on the side of the road staring at the cows, completely oblivious of what I'm supposed to be doing.
As far as SeaTac area guys, I think there are just two of us from up here going as of right now, mainly my wife and I. I'm probably going to be in the truck, at least to Randle. My back is shot, don't want to push it harder than 1/2 the run, tops. We'll see, but,... I'll be there, even if I'm layed out on a hospital bed in the back of the Dodge.

I know we had a TON from western Washington on Bert's board. None of them seem active anymore, either board. Plus, I've got Bob H's tires...
Nice guy, hope I can get hold of him, see if his bike is up yet, and get him to join us. Would be a nice 20 mile ride...
Didn't Pat have to work? I can put up notices if you want at the local shops, but wouldn't expect much to come from it. West siders are a bunch of sticks in the mud.

Western WA, western OR, and all of Cali are one state anyway...so that cuts the count to 47. Eastern WA and eastern OR combine to make one state, then you are back to 48, the right way. Far as I'm concerned, Hawaii is part of Japan, and Alaska is its own country...
