Yep, it is a custom seat. Factory plastic pan. 2 layers of ensolite camping pad foam. Waterbuffalo leather. Fender bib matches.
The plastic stuff looks better to me than the factory unfinished edges, however, the bike is due for a respray. Not sure what will go on next.
The front fender has been scrapped. The grip and lever covers have been slit off with a razor blade and scrapped. The wires are going in the bars, or under the seat, with micro switches to control those functions. I figure I can knock another 20-30 pounds off the bike, and make it run better.
I never tire of "ruining (according to my wife)" a perfectly good bike.

Still trying to do a different rear fender, permanent rigid frame, girder front end. I'm stuck in the 30s bike-tech-wise.
