Troubleshooting experience?

After my first ride I checked the bike all over, sort of post-ride inspection similar to the post-flight inspection I use to do when in aviation maintenance.
No taillight and no licence plate lights. Off came the seats and I started wiggling the cable looms coming out-off the rear fender.
There were the lights again. Took the insulation off to look for the broken wire: nothing. Looking and wigglin' further revealed the breakage was in the cableloom comming from the ignition switch. The 2 brown wires were not properly sodered and came right loose.
Fixed this and everything worked again as it should be.
Maening: you cannot wiggle ONE cableloom, they ALL do when troubleshooting
