Are Custom Wheels Available That Fit?

Hey everyone out there I have a Question that someone can hopefully help me out with one of these thousands of days maybe!!!

I have been looking to change out the front spoke wheel to a solid custom wheel/rim. But only wheels that I ever find when I look from time to time are ones that are for the Intruder (next up from Savage in Suzuki product line I believe.)

I really need info that if there is an availability of these wheels, that they are the correct size and have the correct mounting holes for the disc brake rotor and so on
Making major mods to get it to work isn't really what I need or am looking to do.

So if anyone out there can help point out some helpful info, I'd be very Thankful to All of course!!

you can always spend a boatload of cash and have a billet wheel custom cut. might be more than the bike is worth but hey.

i wont bore you with the "spokes only" on motorycycle speech. that's because i cant find my soapbox right now. Grin

I had asked this question before, but no one seems to have any knowledge of any available. When I need the tires and have the $$$ in a few years I was going to have the local shop bring up the microfish and see if the rims are the same off the Intruder and Savage. And then go from there. Sure wish I could get rid of the bicycle wheels and put on some nice billet 5 spokes.....would be a beautiful bike then !!!

Lot's of sportster mags on ebay, many are sold as a set and may even come with brake rotors attached. There may be a little difference in axle size but hey, as they say in the Marine Corps...IMPROVISE. The prices are very good. I saw a pair a week or so back for $100 + $50 shp...front and rear, with tires and brake rotors. THAT IS A DEAL.

Sluggo, I saw your soap box in the closet night before last...I think it is still there.

i've always said, that it's a short trip to the gutter humor, a trip down for some, and up for others. Grin
